At Jolly Ronnie Records our Research and Development Department is always on the lookout for the next big thing and where better to look than the past. In our exhaustive search of over 74,000 underground punk and garage bands with puke in the name, we discovered a diamond in the rough. Puke Fest! There has never been a more ruthless, vile or lacking in table manners group of miscreants ever to sprawl to a suburb. We are almost certain these troublemakers were shattering ear drums and snapping robot sheep out of their brainless existence. We have reason to believe that during their short existence Puke Fest was able to achieve total anarchy.
With every note Puke Fest ever recorded lying in a pile of ash in Nigel’s dad’s backyard we were left with no choice, but to painstakingly piece the ashes back together with tape. That didn’t work and several JRR employees were let go as a result. Next we asked the band to rerecord their songs from memory and as it turns out they have no memory of anything before 2001 (much like the employees in our Denver office, you fuckin’ burnouts).
In your hand you hold the most significant advancement in modern recording technology since Chuck Berry invented the spycam. You are listening to the first ever album recreated and remastered using a real like totally legit psychic. She was able to tell us song titles, chord changes, she even knew some of the lyrics. Now with 100% help from studio musicians to mask the total loss of musical ability of the band we have created a final product.
